catfish tv show fontCatfish: The TV Show is an American reality-based docu-series television series about the truths and lies of online dating. The series is based on the 2010 film Catfish and is co-hosted by Nev Schulman and Max Joseph. It premiered on November 12, 2012 on MTV.

The font used for the title of the TV show in the poster is Trade Gothic LT Bold. The first cuts of the sans serif were designed by Jackson Burke in 1948. A redesign named Trade Gothic Next was done by Akira Kobayashi and released in 2009 by Linotype.
