The Canadian Broadcasting Corporation, or CBC/Radio-Canada, is a Canadian crown corporation that serves as the national public radio and television broadcaster.

Since its establishment in the 1930s, its logo has undergone several changes. The current logo is the updated and simplified “gem”, which was originally designed by graphic artist Burton Kramer in 1974. The company name around the logo is set in Frutiger Bold designed by Adrian Frutiger. The font is a commercial one and you can view more details about it here.
