About Danone Aqua Font

danone aqua logo font-min

Aqua is a brand of bottled water owned by French food and dairy corporation Danone. The water has been sold in Indonesia since 1973. Besides Indonesia, Aqua water is also sold in Malaysia, Singapore, and Brunei.

The font used for the logo of the water brand is very similar to Gille Classsic Fill. Designed by Michael Hagemann, Gille Classic is a revival of a very old font designed in France by Joseph Gille in or around the year 1820.

The Gille Classic typeface is available in two variants, The Classic version and the Fill version and the classic is true to the original design. Additional characters have been created to make this font complete such as the @ sign, brackets, parentheses, and many extended characters with accents.
