Type Estonian with or without Estonian keyboards

Estonian is the language mainly spoken in Estonia with a total number of 1.1 million native speakers. The Estonian writing system is based on the Latin alphabet and consists of 32 letters, namely, A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, J, K, L, M, N, O, P, Q, R, S, Š, Z, Ž, T, U, V, W, Õ, Ä, Ö, Ü, X, Y. Among them, F, Š, Z and Ž occur only in loanwords and foreign proper names. C, Q, W, X and Y do not occur in Estonian words, but are used in writing foreign proper names.

In order to type those special letters on a non-Estonian keyboard, an easy way is to use keyboard shortcuts on your computer. For example, now you want to type Estonian letter Õ, the most distinguishing letter in the Estonian alphabet, you just hold your ALT key on Windows then type 0213 on your activated Number Pad.
