Firefox is a free and open source web browser that runs on Microsoft Windows, OS X and Linux. Firefox was started in 2002 by Mozilla Foundation.

The Firefox logo, designed by John Hicks, features a stylized fox engulfing the globe, though the name “firefox” actually is a name for the red panda. Along with the logo is the logotype and the font for both “mozilla” and “Firefox” is FF Meta Bold Roman designed by Erik Spiekermann.
