Frank’s RedHot is a hot sauce made from a variety of cayenne peppers. The sauce originated in Louisiana in 1918, but was sold to Durkee Famous Food, Inc. in 1977, and then sold to Reckitt Benckiser in 1995. The brand now has eight flavors and the original is one of the best selling hot sauce brands in the U.S.

Multiple fonts have been used in the brand logo/the label as shown above. “Frank’s” is set in Daily News Medium by Gustav Jaeger, and “RedHot” is set in Flange BQ by Leslie Usherwood. The Art Deco style Bodega Sans Smallcaps is used for the text “Cayenne Pepper Sauce” at the bottom of the label.
