About Hotline Miami Font

Hotline Miami GAME Logo

Hotline Miami is a 2D top-down action video game released in October 2012 for Microsoft Windows. The game was influenced in part by Nicolas Winding Refn’s 2011 neo-noir crime drama film Drive, as well as Cocaine Cowboys.

The above is the logo for the game as seen on the game box art. Two fonts have been used in the Hotline Miami logo: the “MIAMI” part features a narrow sans serif which is very similar to Fight This designed by Apostrophic Labs, while the “HOTLINE” part is very similar to Disco Duck designed by Iconian Fonts. The Disco Duck font is available in three styles, 3d, regular, extended, and condensed, each with matching italics. You can download it for free here.
