L’Oréal is a French cosmetics company founded in 1909. It is the world’s largest cosmetics company specializing in cosmetics, concentrating on hair color, skin care, sun protection, make-up, perfumes and hair care products.

The L’Oréal logo is a simple logotype which features the company’s name in an exceptionally stylish yet legible style of typography, an expanded form of sans-serif in uppercase characters. Some fonts that resemble the logo lettering are ITC Blair from ITC and Trade Gothic Extended from Adobe.
