NIKE is now the world’s largest supplier of athletic shoes and apparel as well as other sports equipment. The brand name “NIKE” is said to be taken from Greek， meaning the Greek goddess of Victory.
The NIKE logo, also known as a the “Swoosh”, was designed by a graphic student Carolyn Davidson in 1971.
