Superman Font

Superman is an ongoing comic book series published by DC Comics. The book features the fictional hero Superman, who is always seen with a blue, red and yellow costume and with a letter “S” shield on his chest. With the huge success of the character, it then appeared in various media such as radios, TVs, movies and video games.

The font used for the title on the comic book cover is a customized one with some 3d effects. A font named Up Up and Away designed by John Roshell is very similar to the lettering. The font is a commercial one and you can find more details about it here.
