Lil Wayne is an American hip hop recording artist born in 1982 in New Orleans, Louisiana. Tha Carter (2004) is the fourth studio album by the rapper. The title of the album was based on “The Carter”, which is the empire crack house from the 1991’s movie New Jack City, and his last name.

The font used for the script font on the album cover is Carpenter Script designed by James West and published by GroupType. For the sans serif font setting the artist name, it looks like Helvetica.
