About U.S. Polo Assn. Font

U.S. Polo Assn. is a apparel brand of the United States Polo Association (USPA), the governing body of the sport of polo in the U.S. since 1890. The brand was created out of the desire to have a clothing brand that truly reflected the spirit of the sport of polo and help support the activities of  USPA.

The font used for the logo is probably Schindler, a decorative typeface originally designed by Les Usherwood and digitized by UK designer Steve Jackaman. The text “SINCE 1890” beneath is set in Bank Gothic, an all-caps square sans designed by Morrris Fuller Benton.
