About Ubisoft Logo Font

ubisoftlogoFONT

Ubisoft is a French multinational video game developer headquartered in Montreuil, France. It is known for developing games for several acclaimed video game franchises including Assassin’s Creed, Far Cry, Ghost Recon, Just Dance, Rainbow Six, Prince of Persia, Rayman, and Splinter Cell.

The font used for the Ubisoft logo is Eurostile Black Extended, with slight modifications on the corners of the letter ‘U’, ‘S’ and the ‘O’. Eurostile is a geometric sans-serif typeface designed by Aldo Novarese in 1962 and it is a popular display font particularly suitable for headings and signs.

Update: In May 2017, Ubisoft released a simplified version of their eye symbol and modified their wordmark. The wordmark features a custom sans serif which is very similar to Gilroy Extra Bold.
