About WWE SmackDown Font

WWE SMACKDOWN LOGO

WWE SmackDown is a sports entertainment television program that debuted on August 26, 1999 and it is now broadcast on Syfy and is scheduled to move to the USA Network in early 2016. It is considered as the 2nd flagship program of the WWE after WWE RAW.

The font used for the logo the tv program is very similar to ITC Bolt, which is a single weight square sans serif font designed by Ronne Bonder and Tom Carnase. The logo letters seem to be manually italicized and extended. You can view the ITC Bold font here.
