Amélie is a musical based on the 2001 romantic comedy film Amélie. The musical had its premiere at Berkeley Repertory Theatre in September 2015 and then opened on Broadway in March 2017.

The font used for the musical title in the poster is very similar to Ideal Gothic 3, with the letter “l” and the é acute being slightly modified. Ideal Gothic designed by František Štorm in 2009 is a display serif characterized by tiny serifs and its unique curves of italics in the font family.
