Clifford the Big Red Dog Font

About Clifford the Big Red Dog Font

Clifford the Big Red Dog is an American children’s book series about a giant red dog named Clifford. It was first published in 1963 by Scholatic and was written by Norman Bridwell.

The text “Clifford” in the book cover uses the famous American Typewriter Bold, created in 1974 by Joel Kaden and Tony Stan for ITC, and the “the Big Red Dog” part is probably set in Aldo Novarese’s Egizio Bold, or Aldogizio Semi Bold from TeGeType, a slab serif inspired by the design of Aldo Novarese.
