Discord is a free application designed for video gaming communities that specializes in text, image, video and audio communication between users in a chat channel.

The font used for the Discord logo is a modified version of Uni Sans Heavy, which was designed by Svet Simov in 2009. The weights of Uni Sans range from Thin to Heavy, accompanied by italics. You can view the details here. The Thin and Heavy weights (with caps only) can be downloaded for free here.

Update: Discord released a new logo on May 13, 2021. The new logo uses a customized version of Ginto Nord. Ginto is a sans-serif typeface family designed by Seb McLauchlan and released through Dinamo in 2018.
