In-N-Out Burger is an American regional chain of fast food restaurants headquartered in Irvine, California. It was founded in Baldwin Park, California in 1948 by Harry Snyder and Esther Snyder.

The logo of the restaurant chain features a geometric sans serif, which is very similar to Futura No. 8, a URW++ digitization of Futura typeface originally designed by Paul Renner in 1927.
