About Iron Maiden Font

Iron Maiden is an English heavy metal band formed in 1975 by Steve Harris. One of their most popular albums is The Number of The Beast released in 1982.

The font used in the Iron Maiden logotype, as seen on the cover artwork of their 2000 album Brave New World, is said to originate from Vic Fair’s poster design for a science film called The Man Who Fell To Earth. However, the founder Steve Harris claimed it his own design out of his architectural design abilities.

A font called Iron Maiden created by Timour Jgenti is very similar to the Iron Maiden logo lettering. If you want a solid version of this font, you can check out Ray Larabie’s Metal Lord.
