Special is a Netflix comedy series that premiered on April 12, 2019. The series is based on the memoir I’m Special: And Other Lies We Tell Ourselves by Ryan O’Connell.

The bold script for the film title on the poster is very similar to Futura Script, originally designed by Edwin W. Shaar as a photo type in 1954. Machine Script by DeNada Industries is a free interpretation of Futura Script.
