The Onion is an American news entertainment website featuring satirical articles.

The Onion logotype is set in a typeface named Eagle, designed by Lucian Bernhard, David Berlow and Jonathan Corum. The font family, now available in four weights, was inspired by Eagle Bold font that derives from the lettering used for the Blue Eagle poster of the National Recovery Association in 1933.  You can view more details about it here.
