Tumblr is a micro-blogging platform that allows its users to share anything on the web, including images, text, quotes, videos, music, links etc. Similar to other social networking style websites, users can have their customized profile that matches their personality and needs.

Tumblr logo was designed using a font very similar to Bookman Old Style Bold. Bookman Old Style is a commercial typeface and you can purchase it here.

Update: Tumblr made a subtle redesign of its logotype in 2014, with the serif of the letter “u” cut off and a pronounced ball terminal of the letter “r”.
