The title uses Really Big Shoe from Nick’s Fonts. Really Big Shoe is a headline typeface based on Oxford typeface, created by Henry Schuenemann for the Cleveland Type Foundry in the late 19th century. The small text in the title looks like Mrs Eaves All Petite Caps from Emigre.
