FamilyMart is a Japanese convenience store franchise chain and Japan’s second largest convenience store chain behind 7-Eleven.

The logo of FamilyMart features a humanist sans serif type named Corinthian Bold. Corinthian designed by Colin Brignall between 1981 and 1983 was inspired by Edward Johnston’s Railway Type and Eric Gill’s Gill Sans.
