Huy Fong’s Sriracha sauce (Vietnamese: Tương Ớt Sriracha) is an American brand of Sriracha sauce created by David Tran and produced by Huy Fong Foods. It is a brand of Sriracha sauce often also known as “rooster sauce”, because of the rooster prominently featured on its label.

The font used for the logo of the sauce brand is Balloon, which is a brush script designed in 1939 by Max R. Kaufmann for American Type Founders. The typeface is commonly used for signage or display purposes, most notably in the Madeline books, TV series and film.
