About Steins Gate Font

steins gate game font

Steins;Gate is a Japanese visual novel developed by 5pb. and Nitroplus and released for the Xbox 360 on October 15, 2009. It is the second game in 5pb. and Nitroplus’ Science Adventure series following Chaos;Head and is succeeded by Robotics;Notes.

The game logo as seen on the box art was probably designed based on Monotype Garamond Bold, which is a transitional serif based on roman types cut by Jean Jannon in 1615. Monotype Garamond is a beautiful typeface with an air of informality that looks good in a wide range of applications. It works particularly well in books and lengthy text settings.
