Suicide Squad is an American superhero film scheduled to be released on August 5, 2016. The film is based on the DC Comics antihero team of the same name and it is intended to be the third installment in the DC Extended Universe.

The above is the film logo seen at the end of the Suicide Squad film trailer, which was first revealed at the Comic Con in 2015. The font used for the logo is very similar to Akzidenz Grotesk Bold Condensed, a grotesque typeface originally released by the Berthold Type Foundry in 1896 under the name Accidenz-Grotesk.
