The Chair (TV series) Font

The Chair is a Netflix comedy-drama series released on August 20, 2021. It tells the story of Dr Ji-Yoon Kim, who lands a new and challenging job as Chair of the English department as the prestigious Pembroke University.

The title uses Bembo Regular and Bembo Italic. Monotype’s Bembo is an old style typeface created by Stanley Morison in 1929, based on a face cut around 1495 by Francesco Griffo for Venetian printer Aldus Manutius.
