Universal Kids, previously known as Sprout, is a pay television channel network owned by NBCUniversal targeting preschool audience.

The font used for the logo the TV channel is very similar to Alright Sans Black. Alright Sans is a contemporary sans serif designed by Jackson Cavanaugh and released through Okay Type in 2009. The typeface was redrawn, expanded, and replaced by Alright v2 in 2019. You can read the differences here.
