The University of Sheffield is a public research university located in Sheffield, South Yorkshire, England.

The university launched a new logo in November 2022. The new logo consists of a modified version of their original 1905 coat of arms and the university name set in Source Serif Pro.

The name in the previous logo shown below is set with a bespoke font called TUOS Stephenson, created by HouseStyle Graphics and based on a typeface designed by Sheffield company Stephenson & Blake Co.
