Wedding Crashers Font

Wedding Crashers is a 2005 American romantic comedy film directed by David Dobkin. It stars Owen Wilson, Vince Vaughn, and Christopher Walken.

The font used for the film title in the poster is probably Futura Extra Bold (manually extended). German type designer Paul Renner sketched the original drawings of Futura and based them loosely on the simple forms of circle, triangle and square. The design office at Bauer assisted him in turning these geometric forms into a sturdy, functioning type family. You can preview and buy the font here.
