Lucasfilm is an American film and television production company, and a division of Walt Disney Studios, the studio is best known for creating and producing the Star Wars and Indiana Jones franchises, as well as developing special effects, sound and computer animation for film.

The Lucasfilm logo was probably designed based on BT Clarendon Bold Condensed. The slab serif is a revival by Edouard Hoffmann and Hermann Eidenbenz at Haas, based on the classical Clarendon form originating in England in 1845.
