Bear in the Big Blue House is a children’s television series produced by Jim Henson Television and broadcast from 1997 to 2006 on Playhouse Disney.

The main type used for the logo of the TV series is Block Heavy. Block is a sans-serif typeface designed by Hermann Hoffmann in 1908. The typeface features bold characters, rounded corners and extremely short descenders.
