About Brownside Font

Brownside is an American hip-hop group founded in 1993 by Eazy-E. They released their fifth album Trece Razones (13 Reasons) in 2008.

The collegiate-style slab serif used on the cover art is very similar to College Boy by Mickey Rossi and the album’s English title uses a blackletter that is similar to Old London by Dieter Steffmann. Monotype’s Old English and Bitstream’s Cloister Black are two paid options.
