cricket_wireless_logo

Cricket Wireless is a prepaid wireless service provider in the United States. Cricket Wireless offers voice, text, and data and is a wholly owned subsidiary of AT&T Inc.

The font used for the Cricket logo is very similar to ITC Avant Garde Gothic Bold, which is a popular geometric sans serif font designed by Herb Lubalin and Tom Carnase in the 1970s.

For the font used for its previous logo, it is Trebuchet (modified), a humanist sans serif inspired by the sans serifs of the 1930s which features large x heights and round forms. It was designed by Vincent Connare in 1996 for easy screen readability.
