GameStop is an American video game, consumer electronics, and wireless services retailer. In addition to retail stores throughout United States and other countries, GameStop also owns Kongregate, a site for browser-based video games and the video game magazine Game Informer.

The font used for the GameStop logo is Imapct, a realist sans-serif typeface designed by Geoffrey Lee in 1965 and released by the Stephenson Blake foundry of Sheffield. For the tagline “Power to the Players”, it is set in ITC Avant Garde Gothic Demi Bold.
