The Barack Obama “Hope” poster is an image of US president Barack Obama designed by American artist Shepard Fairey for Obama’s 2008 presidential campaign, featuring a stylized stencil portrait of Obama in solid red, beige and blue, with the word “Hope” beneath.

The font used in the poster is Gotham, a geometric sans-serif typeface designed by Tobias Frere-Jones in 2000. Gotham is a commercial typeface and is available at Typography.
