The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds & Snakes is an upcoming action thriller film based on the 2020 novel The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes by Suzanne Collins, and serves as a prequel to the 2012 film The Hunger Games.

The title and the date on the teaser poster continue to use the original film font Bank Gothic. The tagline uses Mark Simonson’s Mostra Nuova, which is an Art Deco font family based on his Mostra released in 2001. With the latest updates, the family has been expanded to 9 weights and supports Latin, Cyrillic and Bulgarian Cyrillic.
