The Hundreds Logo Font

About The Hundreds Logo Font

the hundreds logo font

The Hundreds is a clothing and lifestyle brand originating from the culture of Southern California. Fusing elements of skateboarding, surf, hip-hop and punk music, The Hundreds is a brand that takes inspiration from both 1990s skate and 1980s surf designs.

The font used for the logo of The Hundreds is Futura Extra Black. Paul Renner designed the geometric sans serif in 1928 and sketched the original drawings and based them loosely on the simple forms of circle, triangle and square.

Futura is timelessly modern and it was striking, tasteful, radical in the 1920s when it was first released – and today it continues to be a popular typographic choice to express strength, elegance, and conceptual clarity.
