The Idol is an American drama television series first broadcast on HBO on June 4, 2023. The series focuses on an aspiring pop idol and her complex relationship with a self-help guru and cult leader.

The font used for the title on the poster is very similar to Mister Bones created by Nick Curtis. The font is a digital interpretation of Alpha Midnight, created by Hiroshi Yamashita in 1970 for Schaedler.
