24 Hour Fitness, headquartered in San Ramon, California, is a privately owned and operated fitness center chain, and the third largest fitness chain in number of clubs behind Gold’s Gym and Fitness First of the UK as of 2017.

The main part of the logo (“Fitness”) uses Handel Gothic, a sans-serif typeface designed in the mid-1960s by Donald J. Handel. It was a popular font in the 1980s due to its futuristic design. It has been used in the credits of sci-fi television series like Star Trek: Voyager and Star Trek: Deep Space Nine.
