Hugo font here refers to the font used in the poster of Hugo, which is a 2011 American 3D historical adventure movie based on the novel The Invention of Hugo Cabret by Brian Selznick. The movie tells they story of a boy who live alone in the Gare Montparnasse railway station in Paris.
