About Mr. Potato Head Font

Mr. Potato Head is an American toy first manufactured and distributed by Hasbro in 1952. It consists of a plastic model of a potato which can be decorated with a variety of plastic parts that can attach to the main body.

The toy brand has changed its logo for several times since its debut in 1952. The font used for the current logo as shown above is very similar to ITC Klepto, a bold and rough-edged font created by Phill Grimshaw. Some fonts used in the old logos of the toy brand include Windsor (1952-1957), Bottleneck (1957-1968), and Bauhaus (1977-1983).
