Akai is a Japanese consumer electronics brand founded in 1929 and now headquartered in Singapore.

The font used for the logo of the brand is probably ITC Cheltenham Ultra. Cheltenham is a display typeface originally designed by architect Bertram Goodhue and Ingalls Kimball in 1896. More details about it can be found here.
