The logo of Taco del Mar was probably designed based on Friz Quadrata Bold. Originally designed in a single weight by Swiss designer Ernst Friz for Visual Graphics Corporation in 1978, Friz Quadrata is an unusual design with curved stroke endings and lowercase letters with bowls that do not close.
