TWC font here refers to the font used in the logo of TWC, or The Weather Channel, which is an American cable and satellite television network, broadcasting weather forecasts and weather news since 1982.

The current TWC logo, introduced in 2005, was designed using FF Meta Bold designed by Erik Spiekermann. The font is a commercial one and you can view more details about it here.
