About Grunge Fonts

Grunge fonts can give your design a worn, distorted or eroded look. Grunge stylized designs are more frequently seen in bands logo, titles of horror movies etc. For example, the title of the movie 28 days later was designed in a grunge style and the title of the TV series Buffy The Vampire Slayer was designed in a distorted style, similar to the font Buffied, giving it a horror feeling.

Iron Grunge created by Roger Ridpath is a typical font family of grunge style. The family contains three fonts, Iron Grunge One, Iron Grunge Two and Iron Grunge Smooth. The first two were created for those who have repeated letters in a design but want to avoid having the same grunge looks and Iron Grunge Smooth is created for those times you want to apply your own grunge.
