Klout is a website that uses social media analytics to rank its users according to online social influence via the “Klout Score”.

The font used for the website logo is probably Eurostile Bold. Eurostile is a square sans serif designed by Aldo Noverese in 1962, based on the letters of Microgramma, which he had designed with Alessandro Butti. More details about the typeface can be found here.
